Terms of Service
These terms cover the Mr Boolin application at app.mrboolin.com and its connected social media tools, operated by Eugen Petcu. Contact: contact@eugenpetcu.ro.
Purpose and access
Mr Boolin helps account owners manage AI character references, create and review videos, organize a media library and publication calendar, and connect social media accounts. Its current TikTok connection reads an authorized profile, public video metadata and available statistics. Account features require authentication and are associated with the signed-in user.
The TikTok integration is being configured in Sandbox for testing with authorized target accounts. It is not presented as an approved public production integration. These terms do not promise TikTok approval, automatic TikTok publishing or any particular audience or engagement result.
Your responsibilities
- Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
- Keep your Mr Boolin credentials secure and grant only permissions you intend to use.
- Respect the terms of connected platforms and applicable law. Upload and generate content only when you have the necessary rights and permissions.
- Do not bypass access restrictions, interfere with the service or access another user's data without authorization.
TikTok handles its own login and authorization. Do not send TikTok passwords, access tokens or app secrets to the operator by email.
Video generation and scheduling
Video generation may use your connected Higgsfield account or the operator-managed DGX service, according to the selected workflow. Paid generation requires cost confirmation in the application. AI results may differ from the reference: review identity, movement, setting and audio before using or publishing a result.
Scheduling is managed by the application server. Actual delivery depends on enabled publishing integrations, account permissions, server availability and platform processing. Saving an item in the calendar or connecting a profile does not by itself confirm that publishing is enabled or that a post has been published.
Statistics and availability
Statistics come from TikTok and can be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. The app displays only data made available by the API. Historical observations reflect the times they were collected. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider changes or technical issues.
The current TikTok connection does not publish videos, purchase advertising or initiate paid campaigns. Connecting an account under these terms does not create a paid subscription.
Data and disconnection
The Privacy Policy explains what the integration collects and how it uses and retains it. You may revoke access in TikTok or use the available account-disconnection controls in Mr Boolin. Historical analytics are not automatically removed by disconnection; contact the operator to request data removal.
Third parties and ownership
TikTok, Instagram and connected generation services are separate services governed by their own terms and policies. Mr Boolin does not claim endorsement by TikTok. Connecting an account does not transfer ownership of your videos or other content to Mr Boolin.
Changes and applicable rights
The operator may update these terms when the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law. For questions or problems, contact contact@eugenpetcu.ro.
