Privacy Policy
This policy covers Mr Boolin at app.mrboolin.com, including account connections and video workflows, operated by Eugen Petcu. For privacy questions or data requests, contact contact@eugenpetcu.ro.
Application account and video workflows
We store your account identifier, password hash, settings and authenticated sessions. We also store the character descriptions and reference images you provide, source videos or links, prompts, generation settings, job identifiers, results and publication schedules needed for the workflows you request. Connected-provider credentials and social access tokens are stored encrypted.
For a DGX generation, the workflow inputs are transferred over a private connection to the operator-managed DGX, and the result is downloaded to the application server. For a Higgsfield generation, the required inputs are sent to Higgsfield using your connected account. These transfers support the generation you request. Generated clips are subject to your review before being added to your library.
TikTok data
When you connect an account through TikTok, we receive the information permitted by your authorization:
- Your app-specific TikTok account identifier, display name and username.
- Public video identifiers, titles, descriptions, links and publication dates.
- Available video view, like, comment and share counts, and available account follower, like and video counts.
- Access and refresh tokens, permission scopes, expiry times and synchronization status.
We obtain this information from TikTok's API. Mr Boolin does not receive your TikTok password. This integration does not read private messages, download private videos or collect individual commenters' identities.
How we use the information
We use authorized platform data to connect your account and provide the profile, calendar and statistics features available for that connection. Synchronization depends on enabled features and granted permissions. The TikTok integration described here does not publish videos or buy advertising.
Connecting TikTok is optional. We process the authorized profile and analytics data on the basis of your consent; without authorization, these features cannot work. Essential authentication and security records support our legitimate interest in protecting the private workspace. We do not use this integration to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Storage, access and service providers
Analytics data is stored in the operator-controlled Mr Boolin deployment. The web application is accessible over HTTPS; authenticated account access restricts private workspace data. The DGX connection uses a private network. TikTok tokens and the app secret are encrypted at rest. The account owner and the operator administering the service can access the relevant records.
TikTok processes authorization and API requests under its own policies. Infrastructure providers supporting the service include Tailscale for private network connectivity and Hetzner for application hosting, media storage and these public information pages. Visiting these pages can generate ordinary server logs such as IP address, request path and request time. These pages do not load advertising trackers or third-party fonts.
We do not sell TikTok data, use it for advertising targeting or send the synchronized analytics to image/video generation services. Third-party services may process technical information in countries where they operate under their own applicable data protection arrangements. You can contact the operator for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your data.
Media retention
Uploaded media, generation inputs, job records and results are retained to support your requested workflows and review. Clips deleted from the Library enter Trash and are eligible for permanent file removal after seven days; files still required by active jobs or publishing operations may be retained until those dependencies end. Removing a job and removing an approved Library clip are separate actions. Data-removal requests, including generation inputs or backup copies, can be sent to the operator.
Retention and disconnection
Tokens are kept while needed for an active connection and cleared from the active account record after successful disconnection. Historical video and profile observations remain in the private analytics archive until the operator removes them; there is currently no automatic expiry for that archive.
Disconnecting stops future synchronization but does not automatically delete previously collected history. To request removal, email the operator and identify the connected TikTok account. Do not send passwords or tokens. Backup copies may require separate removal; the operator will explain any remaining retention and its reason when handling your request.
Your choices and rights
You can decline authorization, revoke access in TikTok or disconnect in Mr Boolin settings. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to your competent data protection authority.
Send requests to contact@eugenpetcu.ro. We may need proportionate verification to protect the account. Requests are handled within applicable legal time limits.
Changes
This policy will be updated if the integration or its data practices change. The date above identifies this version. External connected services have their own privacy notices.
